I said I will come back one more time this Summer. And here I’m. Let’s say good-bye to the #eurosummer2016 by visiting Mykonos one more time before fall.
My Greek trip couldn’t be complete if I didn’t include a getaway in the renowned island of Mykonos.
After my weekend in Kos, it was time to finally discover the island who never sleeps and that is well known for its glamour, high-end brands shopping, white-sandy beaches, and parties! Welcome to Mykonos!
Located very close to the coast of Turkey, Kos island is the second most popular island of the Dodecanese, after Rhodes. During the weekend, from Friday to Monday, I will be exploring this beautiful place, homeland of the famous doctor Hippocrates. But for now let’s just enjoy the beach!
Sunsets. There is something magical and Unique about them. Different everyday, unpredictable always. It’s Beauty. It’s Art. Art creates emotions on us. Feelings we cannot explain. We want to cry not of sadness but of Beauty. Beauty is a step closer to Perfection.
You know that day where you just want to get lazy and chill by the pool with a nice cocktail in hand? That day or for some that moment, is what I would consider one of the most enjoyable and precious in life. Water is my favourite element. I feel deeply connected somehow to the sea, and to any place surrounded by water (probably the reason why I don’t mind to live in a island)…
After 4 days in Oia, I was more than happy to switch and stay at the Iconic Hotel in Imerovigli. I heard this hotel was incredible and had not only the best views but also the best Chef in the Island! And indeed I wasn’t disappointed! 4 days gave me more than time to try it all!
Ok I admit. I wasn’t really the typical tourist who goes to Cairo just to explore and visit the city. Having friends all over the world, I went there to celebrate the birthday of a great friend of mine, Mohamed Hefzy, who lives in Cairo and meet some of my friends who came to the city for the weekend directly from Riyadh.
