All purchases are final and non-refundable.

CANCELLING ORDERS
We fulfill orders within hours from the moment they are placed in order to ensure you receive your book(s) as fast as possible, which is why all purchases are final.
Given the current global pandemic, if the book has not been delivered within 28 days from the day it has been shipped, we will send you a new one free of charge with FedEx/UPS to guarantee you receive it within 3 business days.
If the book you received is damaged to such an extent that you can't read it or hold it together, we will send you a new one free of charge as soon as we receive the damaged one.
WRONG/INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
CUSTOMERS are responsible for providing a CORRECT and COMPLETE mailing address to ensure the successful delivery of their orders.
We always send a confirmation email or SMS with the details of your order including the shipping address you entered so you can double-check before and contact us to make any necessary adjustments.
If you fail to provide a complete address, we are NOT responsible for the lack of delivery of your order and the client will need to pay a new shipping fee to have its order resent to the correct address.
RETURN OF ORDERS
Since purchases are final, we do not refund orders that have been shipped but NOT accepted by the client or that the client has decided to return. Therefore we encourage everyone to check here the first 10% of the book free of charge in order to make a conscious and responsible buying decision.
