Shipping policy

CUSTOMERS are responsible for providing a CORRECT and COMPLETE mailing address to ensure successful delivery of their orders. 

We always send a confirmation email or SMS with the details of your order including the shipping address you entered so you can double-check before and contact us to make any necessary adjustments.

If you fail to provide a complete address, we are NOT responsible for the lack of delivery of your order and the client will need to pay an extra shipping fee to have its order resent to the correct address.

Delivery time with Standard Shipping:

UK:  2-3 business days from the day your order has been shipped.

Malta: 2-3 business days from the day your order has been shipped.

Europe: 5-7 business days from the day your order has been shipped.

United States: 2-5 business days from the day your order has been shipped.

Rest of the World: 7-11 business days from the day your order has been shipped.

Due to the current global pandemic, some delays might happen. If the book has not been delivered within 28 days from the day it has been shipped, we will send you a new one free of charge with Priority Mail or FedEx to guarantee you receive it within 3 business days.
